In order to collect and consolidate social data, the semiconductor company has abandoned its Excel spreadsheet for a specialized solution. STMicroelectronics selected a solution from the software publisher Enablon, as it was the closest thing to their ideal product. In other words, a global application (deployed in 36 countries) that allows comparisons to be made at all levels, i.e. groups, regions, sites, units, and which can develop into a performance management solution. |
